Radiologist 's  Response
The results suggest that a stone could be blocking the right ureter (tube that drains urine from the kidney to the bladder).
In my practice, I would refer you for a CT scan of the abdomen without any contrast (kidney, ureter and bladder scan- CT KUB) to see if the stone is still there or if it has passed out in the urine.
